What size commercial buildings do you handle?
Small and mid-size: offices, retail, restaurants, medical and dental suites, churches, town halls, workshops, and multi-family rentals up to four units for rebate purposes. Mitsubishi multi-zone and light-commercial VRF systems cover most of them from a single roof or ground-mounted outdoor unit.
Are there commercial rebates?
Yes. NYS Clean Heat has a commercial track through National Grid and NYSEG, and Efficiency Vermont has business incentives. Amounts depend on capacity and what you're replacing. We handle the application.
Can you zone a building so tenants control their own space?
That's exactly what multi-zone and VRF systems do. Each suite or room gets its own indoor unit and controller; a central controller or kumo cloud® gives the owner oversight and scheduling.
What about installation disruption?
Ductless and horizontal-ducted units go in with minimal demolition — typically evenings or a weekend for a small office. We phase larger buildings so you stay open.
Do you do commercial maintenance contracts?
Yes. Scheduled spring and fall service on every unit, priority response, and a written condition report for your records. Ask for commercial pricing when you book the site visit.
Do you service existing rooftop units and gas heat?
We service and repair existing commercial furnaces, boilers and split systems, and install RUUD equipment where a heat pump isn't the right fit. If a rooftop package unit needs a specialist, we'll tell you.
