Navy veteran, 1982–1988. 35 years in HVAC. Married to Kathleen Harris-Davis. Hobbies: golf and ATVs.

I started Superior Co-Op HVAC in 2013. My first couple of years in business were the hardest — my income was less than minimum wage. I stayed focused on my goals: to have a superior HVAC company offering the best products and services. Our Google reviews from our customers prove we continue to provide superior products and services.

I soon realized we were doing what every other HVAC contractor was doing. My business life changed in 2017 when I moved into our existing building in Cambridge, NY. We became a Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor and moved up to Diamond Contractor Preferred that same year. When we moved into the building, I built the only Mitsubishi Electric heat pump showroom — the first of its kind in the Capital District — with working displays that actually heat and cool our showroom.

In January 2020 I chose to go exclusively with Mitsubishi Electric Heating and Air Conditioning products and specialize in heat pumps. That same year we achieved the highest level: Diamond Contractor Elite. Superior Co-Op HVAC has grown to 16 employees in just 9 years. I purchased property in Ticonderoga, NY in August 2022 to set up a second location. In our first year open there, we received the prestigious Mitsubishi Grow Award in 2023 and were again awarded Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor Elite status.
