Frank Davis

Sales & Marketing Manager / Preferred Comfort Consultant

Frank Davis is a BS in Internet Marketing graduate from Full Sail University who brings decades of leadership, sales discipline, and digital marketing expertise to his role as Sales Manager for Superior Co-Op HVAC. A retired military veteran with 23 years of service, Frank built his career on accountability, performance standards, and results-driven leadership — principles he now applies to the HVAC industry.

Before stepping into the HVAC sector full-time, Frank founded and operated Media Pillars LLC, a website design and digital marketing agency serving businesses throughout New York, Vermont and beyond. Through that work, he developed a deep understanding of consumer behavior, local search visibility, branding, and reputation management — skills that directly enhance the customer experience at Superior Co-Op HVAC.

Frank specializes in helping homeowners transition to high-efficiency Mitsubishi Electric ductless and Hyper-Heat systems. His focus is straightforward: accurate system sizing, honest recommendations, clear rebate guidance, and long-term comfort solutions that perform in real Upstate New York winters. He understands both the technical side of the product and the financial side of the investment — ensuring customers make confident, informed decisions.

As Sales Manager, Frank leads with structure and follow-through. He works closely with estimators, installers, and customer service teams to ensure every project meets performance expectations from first consultation to final commissioning. His background in recruiting and sales management gives him a unique ability to build high-performing teams while maintaining strong client relationships.

Frank believes heating and cooling decisions are not just equipment purchases — they are long-term comfort investments. His mission is to help homeowners reduce energy costs, increase reliability, and modernize their homes with proven cold-climate technology.

When he’s not working with homeowners or supporting the sales team, Frank remains active in business development and community engagement throughout the Capital Region, Adirondacks, and surrounding areas.
