Joseph Manney began his HVAC career in June 2025 after a chance meeting with Superior Co-Op HVAC owner Gerald Davis while working as a cashier. During that conversation, Gerald offered him the opportunity to join the team — a moment that launched Joseph into the heating and cooling industry.

Joseph is an Army veteran and brings the same discipline, reliability, and work ethic from his military service into every project he’s involved with. Outside of work, he is a father, grandfather, and an accomplished glass blower — a craft that reflects his attention to detail and pride in creating quality work.

Joseph believes strongly in doing things the right way the first time. His philosophy is simple: if something is worth doing, it is worth doing right. That mindset carries through in how he approaches his work, his teammates, and the customers he serves.
