My oil furnace is 20 years old but still runs. Should I wait?
A 20-year-old oil furnace is at the end of its life and every year you wait is another season of oil deliveries. Multiply age by any repair quote — anything over $5,000 says replace. Rebates are available now, not indefinitely — we confirm your exact amount at the estimate.
Can I keep my ducts?

Do you take the oil tank out?
We remove the old furnace or boiler and disconnect it from the tank. We do not remove oil tanks or transfer fuel oil — that is HAZMAT work for a licensed tank contractor. We refer you to one and coordinate the timing, which matters because tank removal is required for the whole-home rebate tier.
How long does a furnace swap take?
Two to three days for a straightforward ducted install; a day more if we add a ductless zone upstairs at the same time.
