We’re seeking a licensed electrician or experienced journeyman ready to step into a dynamic role that includes everything from residential panel upgrades to high-voltage wiring for cutting-edge HVAC systems. About You

You’re a motivated electrician who takes pride in clean, code-compliant work and wants to expand your skillset with high-performance HVAC systems. You can:

  • Upgrade electrical panels to 200 amps

  • Wire high-voltage systems for Mitsubishi mini splits

  • Install Generac backup generators

  • Work efficiently on job sites while maintaining safety and professionalism

  • Communicate clearly with project leads and clients

💼 Position Highlights

  • $40.00+/hour starting pay (DOE)

  • Brand new service truck

  • Full 40-hour work week

  • Weekly pay + supplemental performance bonuses

🛠️ What You’ll Do

  • Panel upgrades and breaker installs

  • Wiring outdoor units for heat pumps

  • Generator installation (Generac certified preferred or willing to train)

  • Coordinate with HVAC installation team on project timelines

  • Document completed work and pass inspections

✅ Requirements

  • Licensed NY electrician or verifiable journeyman experience

  • Must pass a background check

  • Valid NY State Driver’s License + clean driving record

  • Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, basements, and crawlspaces

  • Ability to read electrical schematics and follow NEC codes

  • Own basic electrician’s hand tools

  • Comfortable with mobile apps and job tracking tools
