Pete Bridge – Sales Manager, Superior CO-OP HVAC
I’m excited to join the Superior CO-OP HVAC team as Sales Manager and bring over two decades of leadership, dedication, and a results-driven mindset to this role. After serving more than 20 years in the New York Army National Guard, I retired in 2019 with numerous recognitions, including the Combat Infantryman Badge (CIB) during my deployments to Iraq. The military taught me the value of hard work, integrity, and teamwork—qualities I’m eager to apply in the world of sales.
Throughout my career, I’ve always focused on building strong, cohesive teams. As Sales Manager, my priority will be fostering a supportive and collaborative environment for our sales team. I’m committed to providing the guidance and resources they need to succeed, whether that’s through one-on-one coaching, creating a more streamlined sales process, or being there to tackle challenges together. I believe in empowering each team member to reach their full potential, knowing that a united and motivated team is key to achieving great results.
Equally important is being available to our customers. I understand how crucial it is for our clients to have confidence in the solutions we provide, and I’m dedicated to ensuring that their needs are always met. Whether it’s answering questions, addressing concerns, or simply being accessible when needed, I’m here to build lasting relationships with our customers, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
In my role at Superior CO-OP HVAC, I’ll focus on driving the growth of our Mitsubishi heat pump solutions while leading with a customer-first approach. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, grilling, and attending my kids’ sporting events. I’m excited to bring my experience to this new challenge and support both the team and our clients in every way I can.
